At The Nudie Bar Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse before a return is processed.
• Refund Options: You may choose to receive either:
  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A store credit for a future purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at info@thenudiebarcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to ship your item back.

• We do not cover return shipping costs.
• If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will not be accepted.
• Refunds and store credits will be issued once the return has been inspected and approved.
